Event Description: 

Affectionally known as The Muffin Run, the Lunenburg World Heritage Site 5K Road Race consists of a 5K loop around beautiful Lunenburg, starting and finishing at the War Memorial Community Center on Green Street. Once the last athlete has crossed the finish line, the muffins are released and the frenzy begins. This is a chip-timed event.

Washrooms are available at the Community Center, where the post-race Muffin Festival is held.

Lunenburg residents can register for only $24. Participants can register on the Race Roster Website at  Race Roster or mail a registration form to: Registrar: Selena Davidson Eno RR#1, 174 Hyson Point, Mahone Bay, N.S.  B0J2E0 or register on race day.  Race Day Registration is $32.
